Role location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose: The Partnerships Marketing Manager ensures that EWC’s commercial partnerships, publisher integrations, and marketing strategy operate as one cohesive system. The role connects Sponsorships and Marketing by translating partner rights and concepts into clear, brand-aligned activations that support EWC’s strategic objectives. It leads the planning and execution of partner campaigns, ensuring disciplined delivery, authentic integration, and consistent quality across all channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
Translate EWC’s marketing strategy into structured activation frameworks for commercial partners and publishers.
Work with the Sponsorships team to shape campaign concepts and ensure partner ideas strengthen EWC’s brand and align with strategic priorities.
Define activation directions for each collaboration and integrate them into seasonal plans, key marketing beats, and major moments.
Support deal structuring by identifying relevant integration routes and activation concepts grounded in audience and brand fit.
Align partner activations with product updates, tournament milestones, festival experiences, and digital initiatives.
Execution and Delivery
Lead the end-to-end execution of partner campaigns, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met.
Coordinate closely with Product, Festival, Games, Fan Marketing, Digital, and Ticketing teams to ensure unified delivery across channels.
Manage agency and vendor workflows across content, digital, experiential, and on-ground activations.
Review and validate creative assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and protect EWC’s premium standards.
Maintain governance, documentation, and operating systems across all partner activations.
Reporting and Optimization
Establish measurement models, KPIs, and reporting structures for partner activations.
Track performance and recommend improvements during execution.
Deliver clear post-activation reports with insights, outcomes, and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve activation value, and introduce best practices across the partnership portfolio.
Contribute to broader Marketing Planning operations, including seasonal orchestration and strategic planning cycles.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in partnerships marketing, brand activation, or esports/gaming partnership roles.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of partnership activation across international markets and multiple industries.
Skilled in evaluating partner fit, inventory value, and audience relevance.
Ability to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and timelines with disciplined execution.
Ability to define, track, and interpret activation performance metrics.
Strong process governance, documentation control, and operational rigor.
Comfortable working with campaign, workflow, and reporting tools.
Clear communicator able to synthesize decisions, frameworks, and operational direction.
Strong relationship-management skills across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience collaborating with publishers, developers, and esports IP stakeholders.
Additional languages beyond English are an advantage.
Experience working with tournament organizers, esports teams, publishers, or gaming IPs.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams.
Experience with both digital and live activation environments.
