Job Purpose: As the Senior Manager, Club Program, you will develop, manage and scale the EWCF Club Partner Program (CPP). You will oversee the entire program lifecycle from applications and evaluations to onboarding, season-long engagement, performance tracking, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. A major part of this role is leading and executing multi-phase marketing and promotional campaigns in collaboration with partnered clubs. These campaigns are tied to measurable performance metrics and result in financial payouts to partner clubs. In addition to campaign delivery, this role is expected to actively foster strong relationships with clubs, strengthen our network across the ecosystem, and ensure ongoing, clear communication that supports long-term partnership growth. You will ensure flawless execution of campaign frameworks, consistent communication with clubs, and accurate evaluation aligned with EWCF’s objectives. You will strengthen club partnerships, elevate their participation in EWCF events and global initiatives, and support the broader growth of EWCF’s club ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the annual CPP cycle, including applications, evaluations, onboarding, contractual alignment, and overall program rollout.

• Evolve the program’s structure, KPIs, and performance metrics based on data insights and partner feedback.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of global esports club ecosystems across key regions and titles.

• Managing marketing campaign execution across 40 partnered clubs, ensuring timely deliverables and adherence to guidelines.

• Designing and aligning campaign briefs, objectives, timelines, and required assets with internal stakeholders with clear campaign KPIs.

• Tracking all campaign results using structured dashboards and performance analytics.

• Validating club submissions and verifying compliance with campaign requirements.

• Working with Marketing, PR, and Brand to ensure campaigns are aligned with EWCF’s global strategy.

• Support processes of contracting, compliance, purchasing and any other administrative requirements.

• Serve as the primary liaison for partnered clubs, fostering collaborative, trust-based relationships.

• Provide timely support, structured communication, and issue resolution for partnered clubs.

• Facilitate regular check-ins, surveys and structured feedback sessions with clubs to improve participation and alignment.

• Ensure coordinated support for club participation in EWC, ENC, and year-long EWCF activations.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in gaming, esports, sports organizations, partnerships, or product/brand management.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of esports ecosystems, club structures, and regional competitive landscapes.

• Strong experience in marketing campaign management, KPI tracking, and performance-based payout models.

• Strong network within esports industry with major esports clubs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages (Arabic, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.

• Strong program management abilities: structured planning, documentation, timelines, and cross-department communication, with proficiency in project management platforms

• Proven ability to design scalable operational models, program frameworks, and clear rules and regulations that support consistent and repeatable execution.

• Strong capability in developing high-quality presentations and visual storytelling materials that communicate complex concepts with clarity and impact.

• Analytical mindset; able to interpret performance data and turn insights into strategic improvements

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight timelines

• Experience coordinating with international teams and working across time zones
