Job Purpose: As the Senior Manager Esports Nations Cup (ENC) Product, you will support the development, execution, and enhancement of the Esports Nations Cup tournaments. You will play a key role in defining the structure, vision, and competitive framework of this new global property — celebrating national pride and esports excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esports product management, international tournament operations, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that the ENC becomes one of the most prestigious competitions in the global esports calendar.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and driving the overall strategy and long-term vision for the ENC.

• Co-develop tournament design elements — including qualification formats, group stages, national team participation, and prize structures.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of product design choices.

• Support the ongoing evolution of the ENC concept, ensuring it reflects both competitive integrity and national representation.

• Contribute to the development and management of the broadcast and media strategy specific to the ENC.

• Oversee tournament operations during live events and provide on-site product support as needed.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Nations Relations, Marketing, Games, and Commercial to ensure smooth execution and alignment across departments.

• Conduct regular product benchmarking against major international esports and sporting tournaments to maintain best-in-class standards.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess event success, engagement, and impact.

• Collect feedback post-tournament and translate insights into actionable improvements for future editions.

• Manage aspects of product governance, including budgeting, planning, monitoring, and reporting.

• Prepare periodic product updates and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with regional and national esports federations to ensure proper alignment with global standards and regulations.

• Support initiatives that enhance the ENC brand identity and fan engagement across all platforms.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in the esports or sports industry, with a focus on product management, tournament design, or event execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale esports or international sports tournament structures.

• Strong understanding of national representation frameworks and competitive ecosystems.

• Familiarity with global esports trends, event operations, and audience engagement.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use performance data for strategic decision-making.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and high-pressure environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
